Sandy has worked with a leading Audiologist in past years doing hearing testing and fitting hearing aids. She has first hand experience of the effects of hearing loss on one's quality of life and has dedicated her efforts in the prevention of hearing loss.
Sandy is in good standing with the Province of Manitoba as an Audiometric Technician. She has her certification in Qualitative Respiratory Fit Testing.

Brad has been a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Winnipeg and the Province of Manitoba for over 30 years. He is in good standing with the Province of Manitoba as a Audiometric Technician. Brad is a Canadian Red Cross Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor as well as an H2S Alive Training Instructor, certified by Energy Safety Canada and has extensive knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Jayden is the owner of sister Hi-Def Safety Ltd. She graduated from the University Of Manitoba Asper School Of Business in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree. Jayden was on the board for the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA) Manitoba Chapter for the 2019/2020 year.
Jayden is in good standing with the province of Manitoba as a Licensed Industrial Audiometric Technician and is also qualified to perform Qualitative Respiratory Fit Testing. She is a DOT Certified Drug and Alcohol Collection Professional and Breath Alcohol Technician.
